Mike Decker went above and beyond for my client and drove to the Bronx tonight to pick up the final piece of paper needed to submit to underwriting for a clear to close. Its 11pm and he is just leaving the Bronx! I am impressed that he would make that run. Its a foreclosure sale and we are not going to make the 6 week deadline of this Friday. Its a FHA203K that will have a clear to close in 6 weeks 3 days. Even with a 10 day delay to have the house de-winterized.
I am impressed he would run to the Bronx to cut time as after Friday its $100/day penalty for not closing in the banks unreasonable 6 week time frame.
And, to be ready to close a complicated full FHA203K (Not a streamline) in 6 weeks 3 days is impressive.
